PSE’s activities started in 1995 by Christian and Marie-France des Pallières.
It is here that the six programmes, that have already saved more than 10,000 children from destitution and abuse, are run: food, healthcare, protection, education & schooling, vocational training and help for families. The continuous contact PSE has with local companies allows us to find placements for the children as well as quality jobs at the end of their schooling.
The main centre is in Phnom Penh not far from the old dumpsite. There are two other “integration” centres in Siem Reap and Sihanoukville to provide accommodation for interns and those starting their careers to benefit from a “gentle” integration into working life.
PSE has a policy of prioritising local suppliers, to help, in its way, in the development of Cambodia.
