Volunteer now to help give Cambodian children a future
The mission of Pour un Sourire d'Enfant
For over 25 years, Pour un Sourire d'Enfant has been working in Cambodia to lift children out of extreme poverty and give them a skilled, dignified and well-paid job through a range of solutions tailored to their needs.
Becoming a volunteer for the children of Cambodia means contributing your desire to take action, your energy and your enthusiasm to raise awareness of Pour un Sourire d'Enfant, raise awareness of the work done for the children in the programmes and raise funds that are sent to the field to care for the children. Depending on your availability, find out how you can help the adventure continue, again and again, in a very simple and free way!
How can I become a volunteer?
You decide how you want to get involved! You can give a little or a lot of your time, on an occasional or regular basis. If you wish, you can also join a local volunteer association.
Find out more about the different ways of becoming a volunteer in a humanitarian association and contact us using the form below if you would like to talk to our team!
I have 5 minutes
I become an ambassador on social networks relaying information about PSE to my friends and family!
At any given time
I encourage my friends and family to become a sponsor in turn! Tell them about your commitment and the reasons that led you to become a sponsor!
I have a few hours
I organise a project near me! Show a film about the association, publicise PSE at school, mobilising my company, undertake a mini-donation initiative in a supermarket, sell handicrafts, exhibit and sell paintings... or help with any of them!
There is bound to be an activity that suits you... or one that you think of!
I have a few hours... or more!
I join one of the dynamic and friendly teams in our support branches near me, in France and overseas! All the members of the branches are volunteers.
Numerous and varied activities are organised by our branches, your help is always welcome.
The missions of Pour un Sourire d'Enfant volunteers
Near you: running a fundraising project
We've created tools and support to help you carry out your project independently, with the help of your local branch or PSE head office. You'll have all the information you need on communication and financial aspects, the rules and good practice in force at PSE, and support in organising your project. The local offices and/or head office are available to discuss your project and help you, according to your needs.
Near you: support branches
You can become a volunteer in a support unit, a local group of volunteers who organise many and varied activities to promote the work of Pour un Sourire d'Enfant, raise awareness of children's causes and raise funds to continue the adventure. You can take on a role (treasurer, secretary, etc.) and/or contribute specific skills (communication, etc.).
In Cambodia: supporting local teams
Every year, Pour un Sourire d'Enfant welcomes a few volunteers to its school in Phnom Penh for a minimum of 6 months to support the local teams in missions that meet their needs.

Marguerite

"What PSE is doing is incredible! And even if our contribution is a drop in the ocean compared to that of Christian and Marie-France, it is such a source of pride to help children escape poverty and become qualified professionals"
