Pour un Sourire d’Enfant (PSE) – For a Child’s Smile is a non-profit organization founded by Christian and Marie-France des Pallières, operating in Cambodia since 1995. Its mission is to help to help children escape from destitution and lead them to decent, skilled and well-paid jobs.
Recognized by the local authorities, PSE is working in respect of the country, with the Cambodians, and thus supports sustainable development.
Six main programs – adapted to the needs of the children – have been developed: food, health, protection, education & schooling, vocational training and help for families.
PSE helps more than 6,500 children and more than 5,500 graduates from PSE Vocational Training program already have successfully integrated the job market with a real qualified position. PSE employs more than 600 people in Cambodia (Phnom Penh mainly) and 5 staff at the headquarter in France. 300 volunteers in different countries are actively working on making the organization known, on fundraising donations and sponsorships.
In 2000, PSE received the French Human Rights Prize by the French Republic.
This role is to support HR administration and ensure process staff benefits such as payroll, separation pay, retirement, and other benefits are coordinated wellcompliance in HR Department and serve as primary coordinator for the administration of employee benefits such as health and GPA insurance and employee workbook. Provide administrative support to HR team.
1 - Ensure all the accurate calculation of staff benefits and release it in a timely manner (payroll,final pay and all related benefit defined in Employee handbook)
2 - Coordinate benefits programs such as Group Accident Insurance & NSSF benefits with Insurance broker and NSSF Officer
3- Provide Administrative support to HR department and ensure that stationary, office supplies and asset inventory are under control properly.
4- Well coordinate on Employee workbook and ensure all staff hold valid Visa, Visa Extension and Work Permit for expat are handling well.
University Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting or relevant field
• Minimum of 4 years experiences in payroll, NSSF, Tax on Salary
• Experience of using HRIS is an advantage
• Microsoft Office program, Ms. Word, Excel, and Email...Etc
• Advance level of working with Excel Spreadsheet
• Good knowledge of Labor Law, taxation law, and NSSF law
• Staff Payroll Management and labour compliance and reporting
• Ensuring timely, high quality results. Being a role model for continuous learning and improvement.
